Volunteers Needed for Coolangatta Christmas Carols

Connecting Southern Gold Coast is calling for festive friendly faces to volunteer at the annual Coolangatta Christmas Carols on Sunday 10 December, 2017 at Queen Elizabeth Park. 

Volunteers will be part of the operational team which includes helping with the setup and pack down of fencing, barricades, tents and signage as well as heavy lifting.

Volunteers will be needed during the following times:

  • Noon Shift: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
  • Night Shift: 8:00pm – 10:00pm

If you are interested, you will also be invited for an Induction Evening from 5:30 – 7:30pm on Wednesday 29 November 2017 where you will be notified on roles, rules and regulations about the event as well as receive your volunteering guidelines and handbook. The Induction evening will be held in the Connecting Southern Gold Coast offices at The Strand at Coolangatta.

Volunteers will be provided with snacks water, a certificate of appreciation for your help and CSGC are willing to be used as a point of reference for any future job endeavours. 

Volunteers are asked to please wear closed shoes (preferably black), black pants and a plain black shirt or long sleeved shirt.
