Small business owners are invited to attend The Summit and make a difference for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on 30 – 31 May at Southern Cross University.

Run by the Small Business Association of Australia, the organisation supports and advocates for SMEs to ensure they connect, grow and prosper in a marketplace renowned for difficulties in sustainability and growth.

The two day event will give key stakeholders, government and business owners the opportunity to have a voice on policies for SMEs during a range of workshops as well as learn valuable tools to ensure the ongoing success of their own business.

Some of the topics of discussion include:

  • Entrepreneurship and Innovation
  • The Internet of Things (IOT) Technology Challenges and Opportunities for SMEs
  • Financing Small Business
  • Manufacturing
  • The Tax System Simplified
  • The Legal System Simplified
  • Helping SMEs Internationalise Through Trade

The Summit will also see the launch of the Small Business Charter of Australia, an economic plan that will provide positive long lasting effects for small businesses

The cost of registration includes a delegate bag and all meals, including a social event at Currumbin’s own Balter Brewery.

Register and pay before Friday, 7 April, 2017 to receive the early bird special saving up to $170.
