In all, around 20 businesses participated in the free 5-week course, which is a fantastic turnout for the initial program. Currumbin RSL Heart Foundation Walking Group

The Currumbin RSL has started a local walking group to improve heart health and as a way to meet new friends. It’s part of the RSL’s ‘Southern Community Hub’ initiative and meets every Friday by the Creek at the Currumbin RSL from 9.15 to 10am. If you were anywhere near Coolangatta for the first 10 days of June – you couldn’t have missed Cooly Rocks On. 2014 was the biggest event in the 4 years that Cooly Rocks On has been running, and the streets and hotels of Coolangatta were absolutely packed with visitors reveling in the 50s and 60s festival. ..
