Sydney-based brewery 4 Pines has landed on the Southern Gold Coast, teaming up with Boardriders Coolangatta to present the newest dining and bar offer at The Strand at Coolangatta.
The venue has opened on Marine Parade on the Ground Level of The Strand, taking over the previous cafe space operated by Boardriders and transforming it into a bar and dining hub that will operate 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch, as well as dinner from Wednesday to Sunday nights.
The food on offer includes classic cafe-style fare, from bacon and egg rolls and mushrooms and eggs on sourdough for breakfast to salt and pepper squid and burgers for lunch and dinner. The comprehensive menu complements the core range of 4 Pines beers on tap alongside their limited-edition Keller Door beer releases, as well as wines, cocktails and spirits.
4 Pines at Boardriders Coolangatta is the latest venue to join a new wave of coffee and dining spaces now open at The Strand.
Three Sons Coffee Cartel has joined the Marine Parade lineup, transforming the former Black Sheep Espresso Baa site with a bright revamp featuring a striking new mural and seafaring vibes to reflect their new oceanfront setting. Owned and operated by Carmen and Tory Hirst, the pair have made a splash in a short time, serving up on-the-go coffee and treats, a fresh and wholesome menu and daily salads for a quick takeaway lunch.
Also new at The Strand, Vietnamese Pho and bubble tea are now available at Lam Kitchen along with other Vietnamese delights, located on Marine Parade overlooking Coolangatta Beach.
Coolangatta has also recently welcomed the Baskk Rum Bar - a new late night bar venue at Baskk at Kirra Point with a focus on cocktails featuring rums from Tumbulgum's Husk Distillers. The Baskk Rum Bar is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 5pm till late.
