Businesses Invited to Attend Guest Experience Workshops

The innovative Be My Guest Program is driving service excellence on the Gold Coast and enhancing the guest experience. These free one-day workshops are funded by City of Gold Coast with the intention of providing to all guests a wow impression of the destination for its attractions, landscape and activities.

The program’s aim is that guests to our beautiful city will be welcomed by our warm, friendly locals who are focused on providing a high standard of service.

Dates: 26, 27 or 28 June 2017
Cost: Free of Charge (lunch, morning and afternoon tea included)
Where: Level 78, Q1 Surfers Paradise, 9 Hamilton Avenue
Time: 9.00am – 4.00pm
Suitable for: All (especially frontline staff)
