Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Appeal
Currumbin Wildlife Hospital is calling on our community to help with donations to save our wildlife and koalas. Our wild koalas are struggling with disease, habitat loss and human impact injuries such as vehicle hits and dog attacks. The cold months of winter place an extra burden on vulnerable koalas especially those affected by disease increasing their chances of needing veterinary care at the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital. Diseased koalas can spend many months receiving treatment which can cost over $6000 to treat just one koala. Please help us save our local koalas and donate now to save a life. Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Foundation is a registered charity; all donations over $2 are fully tax deductible. Donate here.
