Tugun is gearing up to welcome the newest addition to its bar and dining scene, the Craft House Bar and Restaurant, officially opening on Friday 10 August, 2018.
Owned by Currumbin-based cousins Chris and Gareth Sharples, the pair purchased the Golden Four Drive site 12 months ago. Previously the discount store and computer shop, they amalgamated the two spaces to create the Craft House premises.
Created from the love of craft beer, the bar will see 20 varieties of small Australian craft on tap, rotating monthly. Bar Manager Jacob is renowned for his cocktail creations, a State finalist in the ‘Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition’ and Top 10 in the ‘Havana Club International Cocktail Grand Prix’.
The Craft House Bar & Restaurant menu has been created by head chef Mark Lloyd, a food consultant who has worked in Michelin star restaurants across the UK and top venues in Australia.
The Craft House is also set to be an entertainment hotpot, hosting a range of events from comedy nights to live music and beer tasting sessions.
Craft House Bar and Restaurant is located at 445 Golden Four Drive, Tugun. For more details, visit the website at craft-house.com.au
