In February 2012, the Southern Gold Coast will be home to the city’s newest and most exciting Festival, Bleach* Surfing the Fringe. Bleach* is Gold Coast’s premiere and inaugural Surf Culture Festival.
This Festival celebrates the artistic expression and creativity inspired by surf culture. The international spotlight is on the Gold Coast each year in February/March with the launch of the World Championship Tour for the Quiksilver and Roxy Pro. Given this, the idea of Bleach* was born. The program promises to be an exciting program of music, film, fashion, visual arts and new media, design, writing and theatre, all uniquely inspired by the natural environment and the Surfing Culture of the Gold Coast.
Bleach* is proud to show you the Festival’s artwork designed by the extraordinary talent, Claudio Kirac. Claudio has been part of the Surfing and Arts Industry on the Gold Coast for 20 years. We are proud and excited to have this creative genius on board as part of Bleach*.
