Walkin' On Water Surf School runs surf lessons for all ages and levels of surfer all year round. We are located at Greenmount Beach in Coolangatta, renowned as the prime learning location for beginners and perfect location for those who can surf to improve their surfing and progress to new levels.
We have fully qualified professional surf instructors ready to teach you how to surf or to improve you from your current standard and give you important tips on how to get better.
We are Coolangatta's ONLY fully licensed and registered surf school in the area, being licensed by Surfing Australia and Surfing Queensland, the National and State Bodies as well as registered with the International Surfing Association, the international governing body of surfing.
In our Gold Coast Surf School, we have small learn to surf lessons with a maximum of 8 surfers to each coach in the surf. This ensures that everyone gets a lot of time with the instructors and heaps of feedback from the instructors as well as keeping it as safe as we can out in the surf. Not only are our learn to surf and surf lessons heaps of fun but they will also teach you a lot about the surf, waves, equipment and the ocean and seas.
All of our instructors are not only fully qualified Surfing Australia Surf Instructors they are allqualified Surf Life Savers/Life Guards and most are also active Beach Lifesavers/Lifeguards. You can get more information on our instructors and their qualifications on 'Our Surf Crew' page.
We run learn to surf lessons every day of the year at our Gold Coast surf school. You can book in for learn to surf group lessons, one on one private surf lessons or private group surf lessons by phoning usat our WoW office, on our Walkin' On Water Surf Line mobile or by using the Walkin On Water booking email on our website.
All our participants receive a Show Bag at the end of their first lesson with us at Walkin' On Water Surf School.
